The UNIBO group has established experience on design and control of dexterous multifingered hands and sensors, on grasp planning, telemanipulation and haptic systems, hardware/software control architectures for multi-robot systems. This is evidenced by several publications in qualified journals and conferences and by the participation in several research projects.

Prototypes of robot hands and arms are available at LAR, Lab. of Robotics and Automation for experimental validation. The scientific value of the research group is well known within the international robotics community.
